Hampton Inn & Suites Boston Crosstown Center

Inside clean and room clean, continental breakfast very nice majority of staff very friendly and helpful …especially security guards and housekeeping and kitchen employees very kind and helpful

The room was spacious, comfortable and had a huge bed. It was cleaned daily. Breakfast was included and offered a nice variety, with slightly different options each morning. There was a good selection of beverages, including filter coffee, decaf filter coffee, and a range of teas. A standout feature was the option to make warm waffles, with the toppings changing daily.

The room and hotel itself was very basic, but overall clean and sufficient. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. We used the shuttle service and appreciated to Fenway location. Wish they did pickup and wish they had earlier shuttles for Quincy. The breakfast was great! We went to the restaurant for a drink and it was good. Tiny and packed with large parties later on but they allowed us to take our drinks to the hotel lobby.

Wonderful location, parking was ok but could be much better, at times there was no place close to walk to the hotel but ok for Boston.

Room was adequate. It was clean and orderly. Breakfast was nice. There was a good variety of foods, juices and coffees. Everything was kept hot (or cold). Check in and check out was quick and efficient.
